How do I connect the letters?
Each letter is fitted with a 2m cable and UK plug and they plug straight into any normal mains socket.

Can I collect the letters from your warehouse?
Yes, our workshop is in Croydon CR0 4XR. They should fit in the back of large estate car or 4X4, our letters are 120cm tall, for exact measurement please contact us.

I live outside of London and the M25 can you deliver to me?
Our usual delivery area is within London, Surrey and the M25, we can deliver further afield but the cost can get a little expensive, best give us call or we can refer you to one of our recommended suppliers.

My venue has asked if your lights are PAT tested.
Yes they are all PAT tested and labeled and are checked regularly

My venue has asked for a risk assessment, is this something you can help with?
Yes, we can provide you with all the documentation they may need.

Can I use your lights outside?
Yes, the letters will be fine outside, however, if it rains you will need to bring them indoors.

I only want to use the letters for one night, can I have a discount?
We have different rates for a day and week hire, but we do offer discounts so please contact us.
