  • Direct transport to site of event and warehouse.

DJs – Mobile & Club

We cater for a range of events. Some will be 18th birthday parties, some may be corporate events. So you must be able to cater for all events.

  • Must be self employed and be able to provide a invoice for payment.
  • Have a collection of high quality music.
  • Have a range of music for all ages.
  • Have your own preferred layout method such as a controller or decks.
  • Have your own transport to get to venues.
  • Good presentation & microphone skills

Account Administrator / Book Keeper

Are you available for a new opportunity, starting immediately?

Do you have experience within Accounts?

Are you proficient in using Quickbooks?

I am proud to be offering the new role in our Croydon warehouse for a growing events company. We are looking for a part time Accounts Assistant for an immediate start.

The main duties will include;

  • Payroll preparation – gathering and inputting weekly timesheet information
  • Allocating received by post and email to the relevant Manager for sign off
  • Entering approved invoices onto Quickbooks
  • Preparing VAT & TAX reports
  • Paying invoices
  • Managing Expenses & Matching them in Quickbooks
  • Monthly Reports
  • Assisting the Office Manager with a general admin as required

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a strong Accounts background
  • Have knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel (
  • Be process driven and have a keen eye for detail
  • Be a team player and always happy to help

The role is due to begin mid May and will consist of one day a week (flexible day)
