An 80’s themed Christmas corporate celebration.

In December 2025, Fusion delivered full technical production for the TAG Group’s client’s annual corporate Christmas party at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, supporting the event for the second year running. Our team provided end-to-end AV, lighting and sound production, working closely with both TAG and the venue to deliver a seamless, high-impact corporate celebration for their client.

Professional sound, creative lighting and expert live event control.

Following a formal dinner, the event transitioned into an 80s-themed evening party, requiring a complete production changeover. Fusion supplied a professional PA system and full band rider, ensuring crystal-clear sound for live entertainment and consistent audio coverage across the space.

A custom black carpeted stage and black backdrop were installed to create a clean, versatile performance area, allowing the entertainment and lighting design to take centre stage. Astera Titan Tube lighting was used to build a bold, contemporary stage look, supported by dynamic entertainment lighting to energise the room as the evening progressed.

To enhance the overall guest experience, Fusion installed ambient uplighting throughout the venue, highlighting architectural features and reinforcing the event’s visual identity. Screens displaying bespoke 80s-inspired content added colour, movement and thematic cohesion across the space.

Key moments during the evening were punctuated with SFX confetti cannons, delivering controlled, high-impact visual highlights that elevated the atmosphere without disrupting the flow of the event.

Throughout the night, Fusion’s experienced sound and lighting engineers expertly mixed live audio and controlled lighting cues in real time, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.

This event was shaped by an established partnership and a shared understanding of how the evening should feel — technically seamless, visually cohesive and easy for guests to enjoy.
