A Refined Autumn Celebration at Cliveden House
An exquisitely intimate autumn wedding at Cliveden House, thoughtfully planned by Kristina Kempton, creatively designed florals by Larry Walshe Studios, and beautifully captured by Barker Evans.
From an AV and production perspective, Fusion worked in close collaboration with both the venue and wedding planner to provide seamless event management throughout the day — ensuring every technical element was sensitively integrated, visually discreet and perfectly attuned to the design narrative of the celebration.
Ceremony
Set within the iconic Cockerell Pavilion, the ceremony unfolded as a serene dreamscape of white. A mirrored aisle and stage reflected soft light throughout the space, while an organic, sculptural magnolia tree installation appeared to grow effortlessly across the ceiling, creating a sense of quiet theatre and wonder.
Fusion supplied white wireless uplighting, carefully positioned to enhance the architectural detailing of the Pavilion while bathing the space in a romantic, ambient glow. The result was an atmosphere that felt timeless, calm and effortlessly luxurious — evolving naturally with the daylight and setting the tone for the celebrations to follow.
Elegant draping softened the historic architecture, while white Chandelle chairs from GreatHire completed the refined, cohesive aesthetic.
Wedding Breakfast
Dinner was hosted within the opulent French Dining Room, where design and production came together to honour the grandeur of the space. A palette of midnight blue and gold echoed the ornate surroundings, elevated by layers of texture and craftsmanship.
Fusion introduced white pin-spot lighting to highlight the bespoke tabletops — each individually etched with guest names — ensuring every detail was beautifully presented and photographically considered. Thousands of midnight blue hydrangea cascaded along the tables, while overhead, a never-before-seen installation at Cliveden House featured a ceiling of suspended midnight blue delphiniums, interspersed with antique Italian crystal chandeliers that cast a warm, flattering glow.
The lighting was intentionally restrained and elegant, allowing candlelight, crystal and reflective surfaces to work in harmony, creating a rich yet intimate dining experience.
Sound & Evening Celebration
Throughout the day and into the evening, Fusion provided white Martin Audio PA systems, selected specifically for their exceptional clarity and visual discretion. From heartfelt speeches to evening entertainment, sound was crystal clear, perfectly balanced and unobtrusive — ensuring guests remained fully immersed in the experience.
As the celebration transitioned into the evening, dynamic entertainment lighting subtly transformed the atmosphere, adding energy and movement while maintaining the refined aesthetic established earlier in the day.
Every technical decision — from lighting colour temperature to speaker placement — was made with intention, ensuring the production enhanced the design rather than competing with it.
A Seamless Collaboration
Working hand-in-hand with the planner and venue team, Fusion delivered production that was not only technically flawless but deeply respectful of the setting, design vision and emotional significance of the day. The result was a wedding that felt effortless, personal and exquisitely considered, where guests experienced beauty without ever noticing the mechanics behind it.
