This high-profile festive event combined a premium guest experience with a live headline performance from Clean Bandit, requiring a production approach that could seamlessly transition from atmospheric arrival through to a high-energy live show.

The Brief

The brief was to deliver high-quality Christmas party production in London that could:

Lighting Design & Atmosphere

We designed and installed ambient lighting throughout EartH Hackney, enhancing the venue’s architectural features and creating a welcoming festive environment.

Festoon lighting was installed along the stairwell to guide guests through the space and add visual warmth.

As the evening progressed, the lighting transitioned into a more dynamic entertainment lighting setup, supporting the shift into live performance and high-energy moments.

Video & Visual Elements

Video played a key role in shaping the experience across multiple areas of the venue.

In the EartH Theatre (ground floor), we created an immersive environment featuring live actors supported by a 5m x 3m videowall displaying bespoke content on the main stage. This blended performance and visuals to create a unique, engaging experience.

In the EartH Hall, where Clean Bandit performed live, we installed a 5m x 3m videowall as the stage backdrop, alongside a video wall wrapped DJ booth. Custom visuals enhanced the performance and delivered a cohesive, high-impact stage design.

This multi-space approach is a key part of delivering large-scale event production in London, ensuring consistency across different environments within one venue.

Audio & Performance Support

As EartH Hackney features a high-quality in-house sound system, we worked in collaboration with the venue’s infrastructure to support both DJ sets and the live performance.

Our team provided and managed:
