A show stopping summer wedding at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park July 2025

When we were invited once again to collaborate with Featured London on this breathtaking July wedding, we knew it would be a celebration where every detail mattered. From atmosphere to audio, and lighting to staging, we delivered full production across multiple spaces in this iconic London venue — transforming the setting into a multi-sensory experience of elegance, energy, and emotion.

The Loggia Room – Dappled Elegance Meets Floral Fantasy

The journey began in the Loggia room, where we worked in perfect harmony with the floral design team to enhance the divine floral installations with natural dappled lighting.

• Custom white spots with leaf-patterned gobos projected soft, organic shadows across the room, echoing the cascading greenery.

• White InnLED T4 uplighters and chrome and white wireless uplighting subtly illuminated the floral entranceway, adding dimension without overwhelming the space.

• The lighting design was carefully crafted to feel effortless, refined, and in step with the luxurious palette and textures of the décor.

The Ballroom – A Statement Wedding Breakfast & Showstopping Party

For the main wedding breakfast, we installed our Martin Audio white PA system for pristine speech and music clarity, ensuring every toast and performance was delivered with warmth and presence.

• All-white breakout lighting, white spotlights, and ambient effects bathed the room in soft light during dining, later shifting into a full-scale celebration.

• For the live band’s technical needs, we supplied IEMs, microphones, and stands, plus a custom-built sage green curved stage with LED edging — echoing the wedding’s signature tone.

• A matching sage green dancefloor completed the transformation of the ballroom into a stylish party space.

• As the evening progressed, our lighting engineers took the reins, crafting a dynamic light show to elevate the DJ set — powered by Pioneer CDJ 3000s and a DJM mixer — and keep the dancefloor moving all night long.

The Carlyle Room – A Sophisticated Space to Unwind

For guests seeking a quieter moment, the Carlyle room offered a soothing, lounge-style escape.

• The room featured navy blue draping, a custom navy stage, and our black Martin Audio PA system for crisp, intimate jazz performances.

• We provided anthracite grey InnLED T4 uplighters, carefully positioned spotlights, and a more subdued lighting design to match the relaxed vibe.

• As with all other areas, we supplied mics, IEMs, and stands for the live musicians — with our team of on-site lighting and audio technicians ensuring a seamless performance.
