Intimate Dinner, Unforgettable Celebration
In November 2019, we had the pleasure of collaborating once again with the brilliant team at Steven Duggan Events to deliver full production for a private Thanksgiving dinner — an event that began as a warm, intimate gathering and evolved into a full-blown celebration filled with live music and vocals, spontaneous dancing, and joyful energy.
Held in a luxurious private setting, the goal was to create a space that felt both elegant and welcoming, with the flexibility to transition smoothly from dinner to an energetic afterparty. Working closely with Steven Duggan Events, we designed a production package that was refined in aesthetic but powerful in delivery.
Our Production Approach: Thoughtful, Transformative, Seamless
Warm Uplighting
We set the mood with soft, red and amber-toned uplighting to create an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere for the Thanksgiving dinner — warm, glowing, and perfect for heartfelt conversation.
Moving Heads & Pinspots
As the evening shifted into entertainment mode, we activated a suite of discreetly placed moving heads and pinspots to bring focus and flair to the live vocal performances. These lighting elements allowed us to shape the energy in real-time, highlighting key moments and keeping the atmosphere dynamic and engaging.
Live Band Audio Support
We provided a full sound system, including mics, speakers, and monitoring for the live band, ensuring crystal-clear vocals and rich instrumentation that carried beautifully throughout the venue.
Pioneer DJ Kit
To transition into the evening party, we supplied a Pioneer DJ setup — allowing the night to shift gears with seamless mixes, classic throwbacks, and floor-filling tracks that kept guests dancing well into the night.
Classic Disco Ball
To finish, we added a disco ball — a timeless touch that turned the space into a dancefloor filled with shimmering movement and celebratory spirit. Simple yet powerful, it helped elevate the after-dinner vibe into something truly magical.

Throughout the entire event, our team worked hand-in-hand with Steven Duggan Events, providing on-site sound, lighting, and production engineers to ensure every element was delivered and executed with precision. The result was an evening that felt effortless and polished — from the first glass of wine to the last dance.
