VIP Screening Event Production

Fusion was proud to support Another Day Events with technical production for ITV Love Island’s Winter VIP Finale Screening, hosted at W Hotel London in March 2023. Set within one of London’s most design-led hotels, the event brought together invited guests for an evening combining curated styling, panel discussion and live screening.

Working closely with Another Day Events, Fusion supplied PA, LED lighting, screens and microphones, ensuring the technical delivery complemented both the creative direction and the flow of the evening. Our role focused on supporting the guest experience while allowing the event design and brand presence to remain at the forefront.

To complement the event styling and décor, we installed LED uplighting and discreet LED lighting strips, carefully positioned to accentuate architectural features and enhance the visual impact of the decorative elements. The lighting design was intentionally subtle, adding depth and atmosphere while allowing the styling to remain the focal point.

For the live elements of the evening, Fusion supplied a professional PA systemandmicrophones to support panel discussions, delivering clear, balanced audio throughout the venue. This ensured speakers could engage naturally with guests without the technical presence feeling intrusive within the intimate setting.

The finale screening itself was supported by three LED screens, strategically placed to provide excellent sightlines for guests across the space. Content playback was managed to ensure consistent image quality and a seamless viewing experience as the evening progressed.

Fusion’s technical team worked closely with Another Day Events and W Hotel London throughout the event, ensuring smooth transitions between discussion and screening, and a calm, well-paced delivery from setup through to breakdown.

This project demonstrates Fusion’s experience in delivering VIP screening production, hotel event AV and brand-led live events, where close collaboration, considered lighting and reliable technical support combine to create experiences that feel polished, immersive and effortlessly delivered.
