Early booking provides more time to visit the venue, develop the technical design, confirm equipment, coordinate suppliers and resolve access, power or rigging requirements. It also improves the likelihood that the preferred equipment and crew will be available.

Smaller or less technically complex events may be arranged with shorter notice. Fusion Sound & Light may also be able to assist with urgent requirements, but availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods and on popular weekend dates.
