A timeless and elegant wedding at Claridges.

In June 2024, we had the pleasure of providing full production for a truly unforgettable wedding reception held at the iconic Claridge’s in London. Working alongside the brilliant team at Everything Organised Events, we helped bring the couple’s vision to life — blending timeless elegance with a vibrant party atmosphere.

Lighting the Moment

We designed a bespoke lighting setup that evolved seamlessly throughout the evening:

• During the wedding dinner, our team used a combination of breakout lights, uplighters, and soft wash lighting to bathe the room in warm, ambient tones — creating a refined and luxurious atmosphere fitting for Claridge’s. Our truss rigging systems for our lights were made more discreet with our white truss sleeves so they allowed the beauty of the room and the florals to shine.

• As the evening transitioned into celebration, our lighting engineer shifted to a more dynamic, energetic scheme. Colourful, movement-rich lighting created by our Evora CMY300 lights helped transform the space into a full-scale party, perfectly timed to the live band’s first beat.

Professional Audio for a Flawless Performance

We delivered a comprehensive audio setup and support for the couple’s live band, ensuring every note was heard clearly and every performance felt immersive:

• High-quality Martin speaker system in white for crystal-clear sound throughout the venue and to blend seamlessly with the decor and theme of the day.

• Professional microphones, in-ear monitors (IEMs), and a mixer desk to ensure smooth technical delivery

• Discreet, well-managed equipment placement to maintain the elegance of the space
