The production schedule normally begins before guests arrive. Equipment is delivered and installed according to the agreed access time, followed by system testing, soundchecks, lighting adjustments, video checks and coordination with the venue, organiser, speakers and performers.

During the event, technicians operate the relevant equipment and follow the running order. This may involve microphone changes, presentation cues, lighting transitions, video playback, performer changeovers and special effects.

Once the event has finished, the crew safely powers down, dismantles and removes the production equipment within the agreed pack-down period. The exact schedule will be confirmed during the planning process.
