Cliveden House Weddings
An intimate autumn wedding at Cliveden House planned by Sweetpea & Blossom, designed by Larry Walshe Studios and captured by Barker Evans.
The ceremony was a dreamscape of white with mirrored aisle and stage and an organic and stylised magnolia tree which crept across the ceiling of the Cockerell Pavilion. Elegant drapery to the Pavilion architecture added softness and romance to the early autumn wedding ceremony whilst white Chandelle chairs from GreatHire ensured a luxurious overall look.
The dinner was an opulent design captured to reference harmoniously the ornate nature of the French Dining Room using textures of gold and midnight blue. Custom created tabletops, individually etched with the guest names created a unique setting that was complimented further using exquisite tableware by Duchess & Butler alongside bespoke embroidered napkins, from Hand & Lock, hand finished menus by Millie Stone and table linens from Just4Linen. Each guest had their initial emblazoned upon their napkin to create a deeply personal setting whilst thousands of midnight blue hydrangea ran along the centre of the table to ensure a sumptuous overall look. Suspended above in a manner that has never been seen at Cliveden House before, a ceiling of the most incredible midnight blue delphiniums. Interspersed amongst these, antique Italian crystal chandeliers added a soft, warm glow. Cut crystal accessories mirrored on the table the refraction of light seen above to ensure a decadent, warm and inviting environment within which guests celebrated this beautifully intimate wedding. Mirrors were embellished using phrases personal to the couple in both French and English by calligrapher Millie Stone whilst dining chairs from GreatHire ensured every detail was lovingly considered and realised. Candlelight then surrounded on all surfaces alongside lighting and sound from Fusion to add the final finishing flourish!
